Introductory Tantra workshop for a journey of activation, heart-expansion and connection.

Join this journey into Tantra, a guided experience through the chakras using movement, tantric breathwork and connection exercises. These are designed to activate your life force energy, open your hart and raise your level of consciousness, all whilst melting away masks and barriers to connection.
Shashi Solluna has been teaching Tantra for 20+ years, and has two Tantra documentaries, a Hay House book (Tantra Made Easy), a teacher training and an online Tantra platform. She will be joined by Amsterdam’s own Martyn van Hoek (Tantra Teacher and TV personality), for an evening of fun and connection.
Entry level and open to everyone.
There will be moments when invited to participate through your embodied gender (for example, we will invite all women to go first and then all the men). If this is uncomfortable or unsuitable for you, please contact the hosts to discuss. You are also welcome to step out of any exercise that doesn’t resonate.
No nudity or intimate touch, this workshop is more about energy and opening up.
