Much of what we carry in our hearts and bodies did not start with us. The pain of our parents, grandparents, and ancestors often finds its way into our lives as repeating patterns, the feeling of burden or invisible blockages. In Family Constellations workshop, we turn toward our ancestors with respect. By seeing them as they are and honoring their lives, we begin to release the weight that does not belong to us. We shine light at hidden patterns and invite balance into our lives, so that we may walk our own path with greater peace and strength.

Facilitator:

Laura Dheygers is a certified professional facilitator of Systemic & Family Constellations who has trained in Europe and Asia with the most prominent figures of the discipline. Through personal experience and extensive constellation practice, Laura has explored and studied how our family history, our family loyalties, unspoken stories, and hidden patterns quietly shape the way we live, love, and relate.

In her workshops, she guides participants to uncover and release inherited blocks, biases, fears and behavioral patterns that limit their potential. As a result, hindrances are gently lifted with compassion, and energies can move freely again.
