COMMISSION‑ONLY SALES ROLE – HIGH‑END TRANSFORMATIONAL PROGRAMS, RETREATS & TRAININGS
I’m looking for a self‑driven, self‑initiating commission‑only sales professional with exceptional social intelligence and the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and confidently close high‑value sales with HNWIs, business owners, private clients, and celebrities.
This is a role for someone who loves people, loves selling, and wants to be part of a global mission to Inspire One Billion.

Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity is for someone who:
• Is self‑motivated, takes initiative, and thrives with minimal supervision
• Has experience selling high‑ticket (six‑figure, including 7 figure VIP) coaching programs, retreats, or luxury experiences
• Communicates with warmth, confidence, and emotional intelligence
• Builds trust quickly and naturally with premium clientele
• Loves selling as a form of service — helping people step into life‑changing transformation
• Spots opportunities intuitively and acts on them
• Can produce engaging videos, short clips, and social media posts
• Enjoys travel, luxury environments, and interacting with high‑end guests
• Is comfortable doing the admin and guest‑support side of retreats
• Can represent the brand online and in person with excellence
• Has read all of my books, left Amazon reviews, and understands the depth of my work
• Is committed to personal growth and aligned with a mission‑driven brand
• Can demonstrate previous sales achieved through self‑initiative

Responsibilities
• Sell elite coaching programs, luxury retreats, and transformational trainings
• Create short‑form videos and social content to promote retreats and client experiences (when appropriate)
• Support the admin/logistical side of retreats
• Interact with guests, spot needs, and convert opportunities into sales
• Represent the brand professionally on social media and on‑site
• Identify new leads, nurture relationships, and close high‑value deals
• Embody and communicate the mission to Inspire One Billion
