Mindvalley U is coming back to Tallinn from July 20 to August 2, 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support the event team on-site.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class event, connect with an international community, and contribute to a transformational learning environment.

✅ Support Team Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Commitment: 14 hours of volunteering during a 1-week period, or 28 hours during a 2-week period
• You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, meals, and other personal expenses
• You’re expected to join a pre-event call and review all materials shared in advance
• You’re expected to attend team meetings during shifts, and strongly encouraged to join the All Crew Meeting the day before the event

🛠️ Volunteer Tasks (Depending on Role)

• Supporting attendee registration and welcoming guests
• Assisting in seminar rooms (mic running, stage support, greeting participants)
• Helping at social events and parties alongside team leads
• Providing general support around the event venue
• Supporting with youth programs

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Interest in personal growth is a plus
