Elli Miro is a Zurich-based yoga and meditation teacher, trauma- and hypnotherapist, and composer. She’s spoken on the Mindvalley stage, at the World Economic Forum, for Six Senses and Microsoft, and has been featured in over 20 global wellness magazines. Elli has led 150+ retreats on four continents and trained hundreds of meditation teachers.
