As we approach the closing of the year and prepare to step into a new cycle of renewal, this ceremony invites you into the art of surrender, a deep, soulful journey of letting go, trusting the unknown, and softening into presence.

Through ceremonial cacao, shamanic journeying, conscious connected breathwork, and sacred sound, we travel beyond the mind into the wisdom of the body and spirit, opening space for healing, insight, and transformation.

The 3-hour immersive ceremony unfolds in four sacred phases:
Ceremonial Cacao
We begin with heart-opening cacao. This sacred plant medicine softens the heart, awakens the senses, and deepens connection to intuition and Spirit.

Shamanic Journey & Sacred Sound
Guided by drum, rattle, and chimes, you’ll be invited to journey within, meeting inner guidance, ancestors, or spirit allies. The vibration of sound opens energetic pathways, grounding the body and expanding the subtle awareness beyond words.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
The breath becomes your bridge between worlds. Through a 40-minute breathwork journey, you’ll release tension and stagnant energy, returning to your natural rhythm and inner truth.

Integration & Closing
We end with reflective sharing, gentle grounding to anchor your experience
