Together, we’ll explore the deep questions: “Why did your soul choose to come to this world? What are you here to birth, to embody, to be?”

I will share authentically and vulnerably about my spiritual awakening journey: from living a life that seemed exciting and successful on the outside but was deeply disconnected from my body and soul- to having a radical awakening, giving away all of my possessions and dedicating my life to discovering how to liberate myself so I could support others in doing the same.

In the session, we will:

• Illuminate the blocks, limiting beliefs and old unmetabolized emotions standing in the way of the more beautiful life your heart knows is possible- and the more beautiful world that we can co-create together

• Do guided practices to help you identify your soul’s purpose and discover what has held back its full embodied expression

• Explore grounded somatic tools to expand your capacity to be a conduit for all that is ready to flow through you and be shared in the world

• You’ll leave with clarity about your next steps, and a renewed sense of inspiration and inner alignment
