This is a true cofounder position — not simply a CMO hire. \n\nDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives\nLead end-to-end campaign planning\, implementation\, and optimization\nSet and track marketing KPIs; use data-driven insights to refine approach\nManage marketing budget and resource allocation\nBuild and scale content marketing strategy\nPresent marketing performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders\nContribute to overall company strategy\, fundraising\, and business development\nStay up to date with the latest technology and best practices\n\n\nRequired Skills / Experience \nMust have:\nProven hands-on marketing experience (both strategy and execution) \nIdeal Cofounder Profile\nYou are someone who: \n\nHas genuine entrepreneurial drive and isn’t afraid of daily operational work (this is NOT a management-only role)\nThrives in startup environments — late nights\, pivots\, and ambiguity energize you\nEnjoys being hands-on: brainstorming\, testing\, iterating\, improving continuously\nIs highly versatile: comfortable with strategy\, execution\, and team management\nLearns proactively and constantly expands your skill set\nHas strong interest in mental health and wellness (required) and meditation (ideal)\nBelieves in creating meaningful impact\, not just building for an exit\n\n\nNice-to-Have \nAdditional expertise in branding\, sales\, operations\, business development\, or startup environments \n  \nABOUT SAMAVIRA \nSamavira is building the world’s first scalable meditation brand through an accredited instructor certification and licensing model — think Zumba\, but for meditation. \nThe problem we’re solving:\nMost people can’t sustain a meditation practice\, because apps create passive dependency and use generic one-size-fits-all content that fails to meet individual needs.
