Ellen Gilbert
Digital Wellbeing Coach • Founder of Human-EOS • Contemporary Artist & Researcher
I help people build healthier relationships with technology so they can reconnect with focus, presence, and emotional balance - online and off.
I'm the founder of Human-EOS (Embodied Operating System), a new digital wellbeing platform I'm developing that will offer coaching, courses, workshops, and tools for both young people and adults - including parents, educators, and schools/organisations. Rooted in cyberpsychology, somatic awareness, and lived research and experience, Human-EOS empowers people to live more intentionally in the age of AI.
As a contemporary artist, my practice explores how technology shapes the way we feel, behave, and connect. Through immersive video installations, performance, and participatory experiences, I create reflective spaces that reveal the psychological and emotional impact of life online - inviting people to pause, feel, and reimagine what it means to be human.
I’ve exhibited internationally, spoken at conferences on the ethics of technology, and worked as a Junior Fellow Researcher at the Centre for Humans and Machines at Goldsmiths, University of London.
I'm also co-founder of the Techgnosis Collective an international open collective/community exploring the relationship between digital technology, spirituality, and the human experience through exhibitions, workshops, and retreats that focus on digital wellbeing, ecological awareness, and creative reflection.
