Lauren, the founder of Samavira, is a certified meditation trainer with over 10 years of experience with meditation and in guiding others on their journey to inner peace. Lauren has been trained by Buddhist Monks in Thailand, where she immersed herself in the teachings of meditation, gaining deep knowledge and skills. She began her own personal practice to overcome severe early life traumas, heal from the past, and reclaim her power. Having turned her own “mess into a message”, she is now on a mission to spread this wisdom with the world. Lauren also worked with some of the biggest personal growth authors in the world during her career at Mindvalley, and facilitated transformative events, workshops, trainings and courses for thousands of people worldwide.
